Beer Pong Tables

The student union rents out Beer Pong tables for parties and events. The tables are available for both members and non-members of the student union according to the following pricing.

Rental Price per Table:

Weekdays, Monday to Thursday (price/day):

• Student Union Members: €10/day or €20/day including 20 cups and 4 balls.
• Non-Members: €20/day or €30/day including 20 cups and 4 balls.

Pick-up between 12:00–16:00. Return the following day before 12 pm. For other times, please arrange separately.

Weekends, Friday to Sunday:

• Student Union Members: €25/weekend/table or €35 including 20 cups and 4 balls.
• Non-Members: €35/weekend/table or €45 including 20 cups and 4 balls.

Pick-up on Friday between 12 pm – 4 pm by agreement. Return on Monday before 12:00. For other times, please arrange separately.

The renter agrees to pay the full rental price when picking up the table(s). Payment can only be made by card. Cups and balls do not need to be returned. A rental agreement will be made with the renter. The renter’s identity will be verified when the rental agreement is made. The renter agrees to return the rented table(s) undamaged and cleaned. Rental

Beer pong table rentals can be done at the office during office hours, or you can email in advance (tapahtumat@opiskelijakuntasavotta.fi) to reserve tables. Payment is always made on-site.
